What if you miss sehri time? ›

As described in the Quran and many Ahadith of Prophet (PBUH). If you wake up and realize that it's time for Fajar or even later in day then you can keep fasting (don't eat anything) till Maghreb. Because eating Sehri is Sunnah, you can still fast even without Sehri.

Preferred time to stop eating is ten minutes before Fajr time.
