Mushrooms are so good – and they’re such a versatile vegetable! You can use them in a wide range of dishes, from creamy pasta dishes to healthy stir fries.

If you have a few extra mushrooms kicking around the fridge that you don’t know what to do with, or you’re just craving some earthy flavours, you’ve come to the right place. I rounded up some of my favourite mushroom recipes that are as healthy and easy as they are delicious!

Are mushrooms good for you?

As long as you don’t go overboard on the butter or sodium that you’re cooking mushrooms with, mushrooms are definitely healthy. They’re a great way to add flavour to your dish while being low-sodium, fat-free and low-calorie. The nutritional content varies based on the type of mushroom you’re cooking with, but they’re all generally a good source of antioxidants, vitamin B, copper and potassium.
